Once online quotations or orders have been submitted by you, all relevant information will be sent to you via email and will also be available on your online user account. All orders are processed and dispatched as per the lead time(s) provided on our product profile pages.

First check on your order or invoice email received as of the date processed, or log into your online user account for all relevant information pertaining to your order(s).

IMPORTANT:Lead Times only come into effect on as of the date the required deposit or full payment was received.. And as per the date of artwork approval for customized orders (when applicable). If your order has surpasses the working day lead time – You can check status or request feedback, as below:

On receipt of feedback requests, the relevant ops team normally respond within 16 working hours
