Slalom Poles can be used as boundary poles to mark out training areas or as agility poles in movement exercises.  You can use the poles to set out the boundaries of your coaching area. The fluorescent colours are clearly visible from a distance by both players and coaches. Within the coaching area these flexible training poles can be used to set up agility drills concentrating on upper body movement and the development of running and changing direction at pace. This can be done without the ball and then the ball introduced as a progression.
